Ivy is blessed with not only three awesome “real” uncles, but also with an “honorary” uncle named Jordan.
Jordan has been a great friend of mine for many years, and it is so fun to see Ivy with him now.
He was one of our first visitors when we brought Ivy home from Florida,
And their friendship has been growing ever since!
If ever Ivy is crying or upset, it only takes a few soothing words from Uncle Jordan, and she is immediately calmed. Honestly, I think he has some sort of baby-calming super power. In these two pictures, Ivy was VERY upset only seconds before this. As soon as Jordan picks her up, she stops crying.
He has an uncanny ability to make her smile,
Make her laugh,
And make her happy
by talking to her,
dancing with her,
playing with her,
being silly with her,
entertaining her,
and rocking her.
I'm sure Jordan's other "nieces and nephews" would agree that Uncle Jordan is the best!
Ivy and I love the days we spend with Uncle Jordan, and we wouldn’t trade them for anything!
