I, I, & A Update

Here's a little synopsis of our three kiddos right now. They are all three at such fun stages!

Ivy

Age: 2 years and 3 months

Favorite activities: playing with her babies, coloring, anything having to do with stickers, helping her mama in the kitchen

Favorite foods: spaghetti, peanut butter and jelly, fruit

New skills: counting things (she can usually go up to 15 or so), recognizing letters, going down stairs without help, memorizing pages from books (she says them along with me when I read to her)
Favorite things: her babies, shoes, purses...and anything another kid is holding (ha!)

Dislikes: being dirty (especially her hands), being tackled by Israel, trying to say something to someone who isn't listening to her or doesn't understand her

Sleeping schedule: naps from 1:45 until 4:30 each day; sleeps from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

Cute quirks: She says "wah-ger" instead of water, "wiggle" instead of little, "peek-a-goo" instead of peek-a-boo, and "see ya way-ger" instead of see ya later. (She must really like the "g" sound.)

Israel

Age: 1 1/2

Favorite activities: having books read to him (espcially the same three books all the time), throwing balls, and wrestling with other kids

Favorite foods: crackers with peanut butter or hummus, cereal, bread

New skills: Talking! He has been repeating words that we tell him to say for several months now, but he is now starting to say lots of words on his own. Some of his favorites are Ivy, Abel, Mama, Papa, drink, please, no, down, animal, hyena, ball, all done, bye-bye, and bath. He is also learned lots of different animal sounds (as opposed to this).
Favorite things: his pacifiers, balls, the book "Llama Llama Red Pajama"

Dislikes: Being told no, having to stop playing

Sleeping schedule: Naps from 1:45 until 5:00 each day; sleeps from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

Cute quirks: He LOVES to cuddle and rock, and he makes a cute sound that sounds like a little siren when he is tired and cuddly. He is also a very enthusiastic dancer. :)

Abel

Age: 8 months

Favorite activities: being thrown up in the air, being tickled, having books read to him, crawling around and exploring, being held, taking baths

Favorite foods: applesauce, crackers, bananas

New skills: army crawling, fighting back when Israel tackles him :)
Favorite things: his pacifiers, any kind of toy, the wrap that I carry him in

Dislikes: having his diaper changed, being held by people he doesn't know

Sleeping schedule: Naps from 10:00-11:00 am and 1:45-4:15 pm each day; sleeps from 8:00 pm to 7:00 am

Cute quirks: the most ticklish child I have ever seen, says "Ba! ba! ba!" all the time with a huge smile on his face, and actually kind of likes it when Israel sits on him and tries to ride him
