In the past week or so...

I practiced French-braiding,

the boys wrestled (which just consists of Israel laying on Abel and Abel trying to get loose),

Ivy and Israel tried to avoid bedtime by pretending to sleep on the couch,

we tried on some new headwraps with blankies...(maybe they'll wear something like this in the tribe :)),

Abel started pulling himself up to a standing position for the first time,

these two eagerly ate some cake that Ivy and I made together (Israel on the other hand, wouldn't touch it...you just never know about him and his eating habits!),

I bought some dill pickle chips that I'm excited to try this weekend,

the kids took lots of walks in their class (which they LOVE going to),

and the boys sat like this in the hallway for a long time one afternoon. :)

In other words, it's been a pretty typical week around here. Looking forward to some REALLY good friends of ours coming to visit this weekend!!!!!
