Thankful

Some things that I have been particularly thankful for the past couple of weeks:

A husband who is ALWAYS willing and eager to play and spend time with our kids. He is such a blessing to our family.

These three close girl-cousins for Ivy. Sometimes it makes me sad for Ivy to not have a sister (unless of course she has one in the future), because I LOVE having a sister so much. But these three awesome cousins are going to be like sisters to Ivy, I think. :)

New friends who brought us homemade baked bread...just because. So sweet and thoughtful. Thanks, Kyle and Lindsi!

The opportunity to see Aaron's Grandpa (who lives in Arkansas) and to have him meet our two boys for the first time.

A sweet lady from our church who bought us a bag of groceries, "just because she loves us." Wow. So thankful to be part of the body of Christ.

Our own bathroom in our apartment. Abel is at a stage where every "dirty diaper" is a complete fiasco...requiring a full bath every time! I'm also thankful that he loves taking baths, because he's been getting them a LOT!

This "Indian Summer" we've been having up here in Michigan! It has been so nice to spend some more time outside before the winter.

My three children, who all love to read books with their mama (that's what we were doing in this picture...I'm pretty sure we were on book number six or so) :)

So thankful!
