Tacky Sweater Party

Last night we had our annual NTBI Christmas party. Everyone was supposed to wear tacky sweaters, so Aaron went to a secondhand store and found sweaters for the whole family!

His sweater was my favorite one. He got quite a few second glances from people, I think because of the shoulder pads. And, you know, the fact that it's a women's sweater.

 The gym was all decorated,

and we had a great time just talking to people and hanging out. Here's Israel with his good friend David (I'm going to have to do a separate post sometime about how awesome David is and how much he loves Israel! He comes over just to play with him at our apartment.),

and Abel with my beautiful friend Hae Jung. (Again...I will have to do a post about Hae Jung and how much she has blessed my life these past few months.)

We had Ivy hold her friend Asa's hand for a picture,

and then they just kept holding hands during most of the time we were there! :)

It was so cute...Asa started dancing, and he wanted Ivy to dance also, but she just kept standing totally still, holding his hand.

They are SO cute. It's so much fun that they are only a few days apart in age and they get to be next-door neighbors!

They also had a photo booth there, so we took some family pictures,

and just spent the evening having fun with some really awesome people. 

It was a great first of many Christmas parties and get-togethers to come in the next few weeks! Can't wait for more :)
