Blessings in the Form of Twelve-Year-Old Girls

Being a mommy to three toddlers is great. Wonderful. Amazing. Awesome. Fun. Rewarding.

But it is also...extremely exhausting.

God is so good. He knew one thing that I would need here at the MTC that I didn't even know I would need...or at least that I probably wouldn't have admitted that I need...and that is some occasional help with my kids. :)

Meet Tori, Morgan, and Lizzy...three girls who live here on campus.

And these aren't just any three girls. They are mature, sweet, considerate, and phenomenal with kids. From the first day these girls met our kids, they loved them. (And vice versa!)

Now, pretty much every time I go outside with my kids (when Aaron is working on campus, at ministry, or doing homework), I have one, two, or three instant helpers at my side, talking to my kids, helping them on the slide, swinging them, throwing balls to them, and carrying them around. I can literally just sit down and rest sometimes outside!! It is heavenly. :)

God is so kind. I'm so thankful he sent us some blessings in the form of twelve-year-old girls.
