Last Saturday my parents took our whole family to the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo.
We weren't sure if Ivy would be too young to enjoy it or not...it turns out she is definitely not! She absolutely loved the animals.
She did a lot of staring...
and smiling...
and grunting...
and yelling...
and looking...
and more staring...
and making animal-like sounds.
Meanwhile, Israel did a lot of sleeping...
and more sleeping...
and more sleeping...
and more sleeping.
He did wake up to eat a couple times, though :)
with his closest-in-age cousin, Daisy.
Ivy finally fell asleep for awhile, too.
Too much excitement for one day!
We took our first family picture with all four of us...
and I think Ivy's expression here sums up our feelings about the whole day:
Definitely a very fun day!
