Birthday party--round two

Ivy had her second birthday party this past weekend with Aaron's side of the family. It was so much fun! Ivy is definitely a blessed little girl to have so many people that love her so much :)

She got to sit in the "seat of honor" at the head of the table.

She absolutely LOVED the balloons! That was probably her favorite part of the night :)

Her cousin Addi tried to help her eat her supper more quickly so that we could get to the presents!

Ivy had a great time opening presents again,

and she got a lot of neat stuff!

Israel and cousin Maddox patiently sat and watched.

Ivy's grandma and Aunt Ashley made her an adorable birthday cake (They just took some cake decorating classes...didn't they do a good job?),

Cousin Addi helped her blow out the candle,

and then Ivy got to dig into her cake.

She was a little timid at first...

but was soon trying to stuff it all in at once :)

We were excited that Aunt Steph

and Uncle Chris and Aunt Jenny

made the drive to be there for the party, too!

We also got a picture of the three granddaughters

and a great one of all six grandkids!

Thanks for planning the party Mom and Ashley! Ivy had a great time (and we all did, too!).

I like Ivy's expression when Addi was helping her blow out the candle - its looks like she was thinking -hey what are you doing - thats my cake.
