Israel Ri
Our son Israel Ri was born on 8/17. He was 5 lb. 10 oz. and 18 in. long. He is in the NICU until he can keep his body temperature up to a normal level by himself. Other than his temperature, though, he is a perfectly healthy little boy! He was 5 weeks early and born in an emergency delivery in an ambulance!
I have LOTS more pictures and much more to tell about this adoption and how it all came to be...but right now, we are spending as much time as possibly with him in the hospital.
Please pray that he can keep his body temperature up so that he can come home soon! Also, Aaron will be going home tomorrow because our training at New Tribes Mission begins on Monday, and we don't feel like we can both be away for the first few days of training. My mom is going to stay here in Utah with me, Ivy, and Israel until we can get cleared to come home. So prayers for me and Aaron as we will be away from each other would be appreciated as well!
We are still in sort of shock and awe and praising God for our son!!
