Last weekend, I had my 27th birthday (although my dad and brother-in-law both thought I was 28). It was such a great weekend, filled with spending time with all of my favorite people!
Friday night, Jordan wanted to take me out for my birthday.
So we went to El Camino and then took Ivy to the park to play. She loved it (and I'm pretty sure Jordan did, too :))
On Saturday, I spent the day with these two,
and we went to Pizza King with my parents and Nathan and Rachel's family for supper, where Ivy kept making sour faces about the peaches she was eating.
So funny :)
Then we played down by the river for a little while...
and went back to my parents' house for dessert. We were actually celebrating my birthday and Rachel's since we both have July birthdays.
My nephew Kaine made me a "cake" all by himself :)
And we had real dessert, too :)
Ivy loved my card from my parents, because it has cats in it that meow the "Happy Birthday" song. She is now obsessed with this card.
On Sunday, we went back to my parents' house for a Yergler family get-together...it was so much fun!
It was a very, very fun birthday weekend!
