Last weekend we were home for a couple of days, and Jordan came over to meet Israel for the first time and also to spend some time with his "niece," Ivy!
And man, have I missed him.
I miss how every morning when Ivy and I would walk into his house, he would be dancing in his pajamas in the living room. :)
I miss going on lunch dates with him.
I miss watching him rock Ivy and put her down for her nap.
I miss watching old episodes of Seventh Heaven with him (I think we were up to Season 6 or 7, right Jordan?).
I miss going on walks with him.
I miss making him lunch.
I miss how he always walked out to my car after work with a smile on his face.
I miss how he would always give me a bite of his soft pretzel, even though I could always tell he didn't really want to. :)
I miss his singing.
And I even miss having to tell him 10 times that "it's time to go!!!" when he's getting ready for work. :)

I'm sure Jordan misses you and Ivy too and I'm sure he'll look forward to being with you all again next summer and becoming attached to Israel too:)
love you

What a sweet post. It definitely brought tears to my eyes! Jordan is such a great guy:)
I think its a 2 way street. You are both fortunate to have this relationship (as well as Ivy and Israel).
